I have built a career that blends professional expertise, entrepreneurship, creativity, and service. With more than 18 years of experience in recruiting, client success, and workforce strategy, I have supported federal, commercial, and private clients while also founding and operating my own businesses.

Most recently, I launched CC2 Solutions LLC, where I partnered with clients in engineering, AI/ML, and accounting to deliver recruiting, client lifecycle management, and SaaS adoption support. I managed relationships end-to-end, from onboarding and workflow optimization to account growth and retention.

Earlier in my journey, I created Crescendo Forever Entertainment, later rebranded into Dreadpool Entertainment Group LLC, where I served as owner and music producer. I also operated Tic-Tac-Pose Photography, running a full studio and helping clients capture their most important moments.
